True Impact Counseling Services, PLLC is a minority-owned mental wellness group practice, dedicated to serving diverse populations throughout North Carolina and the greater Raleigh, North Carolina area. We provide our services both virtually and in person at our office location in Raleigh, North Carolina. We currently accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield North Carolina, Cigna, Medcost, Optum, United Healthcare, Tricare, and several EAPs. As well as out-of-pocket payments for our services.

All potential candidates should meet the following minimum requirements

Licensed to practice independently (i.e. LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of North Carolina. Prefer individuals already credentialed with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield North Carolina, Cigna, Medcost, and or Optum. There is potential support to assist qualified candidates with credentialing.

Available to work some afternoons and evenings. Or be available to see clients on weekends if there is limited availability to work in the afternoons or evenings.

Willingness to see 8-10 clients (minimum) weekly.
