True Impact Counseling Services, PLLC was established on August 9th, 2017, by Travis E. Williams.  Since 2005 Travis has worked as a helping professional in various roles including community mental health, community college settings, and state and federal agencies. While still working full time for the State of North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Travis began his private practice career initially working part time during evening hours and on weekends.  By faith and determined to see his purpose realized, Travis transitioned to full time private practice in July 2021, and since then True Impact Counseling Services, PLLC has been focused on providing high quality mental health and emotional wellness services to clients in North Carolina.  In November 2023, after securing approval to provide clinical supervision to the next generation of clinical mental health counselors, Travis expanded his vision to include the formation of a group practice that is committed to the growth and development of associate level counselors.  Welcome to True Impact Counseling Services, PLLC.
