To get started, contact us by calling 919-578-8110 or clicking on our contact us button. Either way you will receive a call within 24-48 hours from our support staff to schedule your first session and share directions for accessing your client portal account.

How do I access to my paperwork?

Once you have scheduled your first session you will be sent an invitation to set up a profile through our client portal.True Impact Counseling Services, PLLC uses Therapy Notes as our case management system, after your initial contact you will receive an email from Therapy Notes requesting that you log on to your client portal.After setting up your portal account username and password, you will be able to access all your paperwork including any assessments.Through the client portal you will also be able to upload your insurance information, edit demographic information, and submit documents to your therapist.

Our private pay rates for fully licensed therapists (LCMHC) are as follows.
Intake/Comprehensive Assessment (90 mins.) 175.00
Individual Therapy (53-60 mins) 140.00
Couples Therapy and Family Therapy (53-60 mins) 150.00
Premarital Counseling (53-60 mins) 100.00
Coaching and Wellness (53-60 mins) 100.00

Our private pay rates for our provisionally licensed therapists (LCMHCA’s) are as follows.
Intake/Comprehensive Assessment (90 mins.) 150.00
Individual Therapy (53-60 mins) 125.00
Couples Therapy and Family Therapy (53-60 mins) 135.00
Premarital Counseling (53-60 mins) 50.00
Coaching and Wellness (53-60 mins) 50.00

Our rates for counseling interns are as follows.
Intake/Comprehensive Assessment (90 mins.) 45.00
Individual Therapy (53-60 mins) 45.00

What if my insurance is not accepted, can I still see a therapist at this practice?

Accepted Answer

Yes, depending on your insurance benefit plan, you may be able to get reimbursed for private payrate payments you make to out of network providers.If that is the case, we will provide you with a superbill to send to your insurance company to assist you with your reimbursement.Please contact your insurance company directly if you have specific questions about out of network benefits.

Besides co-payments and deductibles which are expected at the time of service, other protentional fees include.

Forms of payment accepted include all major credit cards and flexible spending account cards.To receive services, clients are required to keep a card on file which can be added to your profile using your client portal.

Individual supervision session 115.00 per 55-minute session
Triadic supervision sessions 95.00 per 55-minute session

I am new to therapy, and I don’t know what to expect, can you describe what my first session will be like?

Typically, a first session begins with a review of your initial paperwork including demographic information, insurance, and client history.We also complete a comprehensive assessment and review your goals for therapy.During your initial session we also answer any questions you might have about the process.
