Once you have scheduled your first session you will be sent an invitation to set up a profile through our client portal.True Impact Counseling Services, PLLC uses Therapy Notes as our case management system, after your initial contact you will receive an email from Therapy Notes requesting that you log on to your client portal.After setting up your portal account username and password, you will be able to access all your paperwork including any assessments.Through the client portal you will also be able to upload your insurance information, edit demographic information, and submit documents to your therapist.
