Kim Boxley

Kim Boxley is a highly skilled customer care professional who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Marshall University in Huntington, WV. She retired from full-time employment in December 2021. Having worked in various management positions for over 35 years, Kim brings a wealth of experience and makes a valuable addition to our team. Prior to retirement, her most recent role involved managing third party medical claims processing and benefit administration, making her well-equipped to handle our client's intake requirements.

Originally from Dunbar, WV, Kim relocated to the Washington, DC metropolitan area after graduating from college and spent several years there and later Columbus, OH before making Columbia, SC her permanent home. She has a passion for all things creative, particularly in the realm of home design and decor. In her free time, she enjoys thrifting and bringing new life to second hand treasures. Her greatest joy is being mommy to Layah, her cherished 4 year old canine companion.
